It is disturbing to see a crowd of people on TV and nearly everyone is overweight, including children. I agree with all the points in the article but will also add that the biggest thing to do for yourself, if you are fat, is stop eating foods prepared by somebody else, period. I am talking about junk, frozen and processed foods, ready to eat. Start cooking your own meals from scratch. If you won't do it for yourself, do it for your children.

Great article I must say enjoyed the read and can definitely relate to step 3. I find it surprising that most people are unfortunate that they don’t realise before they can start losing weight or what I call; ‘Achieve Their Ideal Figure’ let’s face it what’s weight anyhow. Liked your tips on losing weight especially regarding maintain the alkaline balance, which i believe has a role to play in balancing the body metabolism. It's also important to include a regime of workouts or exercises to expedite the process.

It is true, I have experienced some decent weight loss through detox, I think what people really need is modivation. I had some good success losing weight seeing a modivational councelor.
