Estimated Healthcare Cost Saving of $2.1 Trillion over Decade

Washington, DC —-In an Executive Order signed today by President Barak Obama, the entire United States healthcare system including 7,000 government, public and private hospitals2,000 clinics, 1.4 million providers, 1 million nurses serving 300 million insured and 48 million under/uninsured Americans have been outsourced to Canada and Mexico. “After a comprehensive analysis by a bipartisan group, OMB and the Congressional Budget Office we have decided to outsource the current $2.4 trillion healthcare system as a cost saving effort for the America people”, President Obama announced today ceremony in The White House Rose Garden. “As a result of the last month’s Healthcare Summit, it was determined that the America people are ready for a change in their healthcare delivery system, no more business as usual, the current delivery model is broken and this is our solution for fixing it. Therefore, effectively immediately I have directed the Secretary of HHS, FDA, CDC, CMS, Medicare/Medicaid and all health related agencies to begin the process of transitioning healthcare services to Canada and Mexico. This has proven to be an effective model for cost saving in the auto, food processing, textiles and technology industries, I have no doubt we can make it work for healthcare.”

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi voiced their support in the dramatic and bold action by providing a joint Congressional statement adding, “Healthcare spending in the US is expected to reach $4.4 Trillion and 20% of the GDP by 2018; although we understand the impact this Executive Order will have on American families, businesses, healthcare providers and insurers, we strongly support President Obama’s decisive action in ensuring healthcare for all Americans even if it requires them to cross our borders.”

Final details of the Executive Order 66 “The National Healthcare Outsourcing Program” needs to be completed, however, Health and Human Services Deputy Secretary H. Randolph Brubaker stated, “These are very difficult times, our healthcare system cost are sky-rocketing out of the control at 17% rate each year and there will 77 million baby boomers turning 65 years old every 8 seconds in 2011. We needed a viable alternative. Canada and Mexico are known for their lower cost in healthcare procedures and medications that US citizens having been using for decades, they are natural outsourcer for Medicare and Medicaid programs, India and China solutions would have required massive deployment of transportation logistics not viable. The OMB expects to reduce healthcare expenditures by 18% annually by implement this program.”

It has been leaked that American citizens living in States north of the Mason Dixon line from Delaware to Oregon will be directed to receive their healthcare services from the Canada National Health System, while those from California to Maryland will be serviced by the Mexico health service. A senior level White House official speaking anonymously commented, “If we can outsource our clothing, car, call centers, children toys and food to these countries and others, it make a lot of sense to outsource the fasting growing expense in the US economy. We expect the saving to be very substantial over the next decade.”

Well, that makes as much sense as outsourcing bald headed men to India.

Some people may actually believe you, and they'd start getting their hopes up, just to be let down again by the US health care system.
