Study shows that pine tree extract (commercially available as Pycnogenol) reduced ADHD symptoms. Supplementation with Pycnogenol resulted to improved scores, as well as decrease in hyperactivity and inattention. This can be a natural alternative to stimulant drugs commojly used to treat ADHD.
