It's been very crazy clinically this week, and I'm soon to head off to Philly for the CABANA trial investigator meeting, but I wanted to share a few key links before I left:

Next, Paul Levy, President and CEO of Beth Israel Deaconess hospital has a nice series of videos covering the culture of safety and how their hospital is making their safety data transparent, using patient advocates, and how patients there keep in touch with friends and family.
