• Membership does not confer an endorsement of the blogger by TMBN and vice versa
• Your blog remains your property. It will not be syndicated or reproduced without your explicit consent
• You are not obligated to participate in any commercial features of our current and future services
• TMBN is an open forum, however we reserve the right to moderate or ban abusive behavior
